It was discovered that Cindy James 44 was a nurse who was drugged, strangled, and tied his hands and feet behind the back. Nevertheless, investigators considered this a comprehensive Death.
Cindy James’ body was discovered on June 8, 1989, on the outskirts of Vancouver, British Columbia, but the story of what happened to Cindy began seven years ago.
In those seven years, Cindy announced more than 100 harassment incidents.
Before the attacks
When Cindy was 19 years old, she married eighteen-year-old senior Dr. Roy Macpiece than him. He began working as a nurse and excelled in advising children with emotional problems.
In 1982 he filed a divorce from his husband, and the incidents began four months later.
Not long after, she first went to her parents and told them about phone calls and letters she received. When the news was bad and threatened her life, she went to the police.
As the persecution continued, those who knew Cindy said it could physically see the number of things she had. She was always described as beautiful and vibrant, but now she looks tired and fried.
Expansion
Then the threats increased. Cindy saw three dead cats hanging in her garden. His porch lights were smashed, and when he tried to call the police, he found his phone lines cut.
The notes began to appear on her doorstep instead of sending mail.
After this, physical attacks on Cindy began.
Cindy’s friend, Agnes Woodcock, showed up for a night. Agnes knocked on the door, but Cindy didn’t respond. Cindy was known for her long evening bath and, first of all, Agnes thought she could have her friend.
Agnes walked around behind her, and to her dismay, she saw her friend Cindy bent down, and it was like she was trying to hide. When she realized her friend Cindy was getting up, Agnes saw that she had a nylon presence on Cindy’s neck.
Shortly before Agnes arrived, Cindy trembled again and again what happened to her. She said she went into the garage to get something, and someone grabbed her from behind. They were strapping the stacking on the neck and strangling her. The only thing she knows is the attacker’s shoes, white sneakers.
When Agnes arrived, they were able to escape and hide for Cindy’s backyard, hoping that they had fled.
Violent years
The notes became more dark and intimidating. The rest of the body in the windshield of Cindy’s car showed a corpse being thrown into a corpse.
Cindy began to receive orders that raw meat would be sent to her home. Once she arrived, she saw her dog trembling and sitting on her own stool with a stem injury to her neck.
Sometimes she gets daily threats and then has nothing in the long run.
His personal journals reflected how shocked Cindy was to be.
She is fighting back
The police did not seem to believe her stories and apparently let her know. So Cindy knew she had to fight for her. She went to a new home. She painted the car and changed her last name.
He also hired Ozzy Caban, a private investigator.
Ozzy started his case, but he was skeptical of whether his client was backing down on something. When talking to Cindy’s parents, they thought he had stopped important information. They speculated that Cindy might have an idea of who was doing all this, but were afraid to say.
In addition to finding the tracks, Ozzy lights were installed outside Cindy’s house and gave her a two-way radio with a panic button so she could easily reach him even if her phone line was cut back.
A night late, Ozzy heard the odd noise on the two-way radio and rushed to Cindy’s house.
He saw the hand with a knife in the hallway, in which a note was attached to the “You’re a dead bitch.
Cindy was immobile, and Ozzy thought she was dead first, but he saw a beat. Cindy was taken to the hospital, and after being self-conscious, investigators were able to tell someone that she felt she had a needle in her hand, not recalling being stabbed.
Police, who believe Cindy carried out the attack, didn’t even bother to take fingerprints at her home or knife and note.
Ozzy does not believe that the two can inject the needle or punch herself at the angles that entered the body. He was sure someone hit his client.
It’s all in detail
Cindy wanted to try and remember anything she could, went under hypnosis and agreed to do a polygraph test. Unfortunately, it was determined after Cindy checked out that she was too “shocked” to provide useful information.
Calls began to take with frequency, but they couldn’t even make a trace because they were too short.
A strange incident occurred. Every time the police set up a 24-hour watch, there would be no call and no tips would be left at his home. Police used it as a “proof” for all of it. But whoever attacks him can give a worse explanation that he at least had information on police moves.
Her home was never tested for listening devices, and the police never investigated the police who Cindy was watching recently.
If the attacker really wants to see Cindy as crazy, avoiding letting themselves know when the police see it can cause a lot of doubt in his story.
Out for Blood
The next attack was a rapid expansion that Cindy was admitted to the hospital. She was found in a frozen condition of hypothermia in the crater, six miles from her home. She was wearing a man’s job boot and glove, and she had a black nylon on her neck. He had a black and blue eye and many injuries and injuries on his body.
After the last attack, fearing her life, she told her friend Agnes and her husband, Tom Woodcock, to stay with her. One night when everyone went to bed, they woke up with noise in the basement.
When they went to see what was going on, they saw the foundation in flames. As they tried to call 911, they saw the phone line cut. Tom ran outside and told a neighbor to call the fire department, and a person was standing in front of the house.
Tom told him to call 911, but the person began to run down the street without even talking a word.
Police determined that the fire had been deliberately launched, and named it a fire accident. They searched the basement windows and said they could not find fingerprints that could be used in the window. So they determined the fire was conducted.
Investigators pointed out that they saw Cindy walking her little dog alone at night and that she should not be afraid of the attacker.
It’s all too much
Those close to Cindy seem to be deteriorating under his mood pressure. Worried that Cindy might commit suicide, her doctor gave her to a mental hospital.
After ten weeks of care, Cindy was able to go home. He admitted to blocking information from his family and friends. He said his attacker threatened to kill if he left his family.
Cindy then said he was planning to follow them.
Yes, Cindy was depressed and committed Death, but anyone who has been tested for her for years will surely suffer from stress-related problems.
She broke her heart
Finally, Cindy went back to the police and told them to believe who was behind the attacks. She named her ex-husband, Dr. Roy MacPhees, a psychiatrist.
Police spoke to him, who denied all the charges, and then returned the evidence in the answering machine. Someone (who was supposed to have harassed his ex-wife) called him and left the death threat.
The caller says “cindy, dead meat is soon ”.
Her ex-husband said Cindy believed she was suffering from a divided personality. It never cooperated, and medical staff and doctors who treated him while he was in the psychiatric ward never found this disorder.
Final attack
Cindy went to the grocery store and went to the mall and deposited her salary from the hospital. She never did it at home.
His car will be found at the last shopping mall he saw on May 25, 1989. When investigators went on the vehicle, they saw blood on the side of the driver, and the goods were thrown out of the car from his wallet.
In the trunk, they found groceries purchased by Cindy and a wrapped gift that someone had for.
For two weeks, her family and friends wondered where Cindy was and what was going on for her. Then the terrible discovery of his body shocked everyone.
He was spotted with numerous pedestrian foot passengers in the crowded area of high traffic in the front yard of the abandoned house. So it seemed that she could not have been killed when she was first said she was missing.
But after the autopsy, it showed that she was often dead on the day she disappeared. Her body showed plenty of injuries. Including a needle mark in his hand, it will then be determined to be high doses of morphine.
She built both her hand and legs behind her body. She had a black nylon signature on her neck, which was used to strangle her.
Missing in the scene is the needle used to manage the morphine.
The police attached the idea that Cindy injected herself elsewhere and put the needle out, and then walked to a mile and a half mile away. So even if you believe it all, it’s still odd that her body hasn’t been found soon.
The official cause of death is the excessive amount of morphine and other drugs. Although the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said it was a Death or accident, the two decisions were ruled in the corner.
Ozzy believes she was taken elsewhere, and then her body was poured out just before it was found.
His personal investigator believes with his parents that police are not interested in finding out who attacked Cindy, but are trying to blame the victim.
Aftermath
Both Cindy’s parents passed away and never knew what really happened to their daughter. Her sister Melanie Hague runs a website dedicated to writing a book and trying to find her sister’s killer.
